Fulfillment Time Limit: We guarantee that your Wearable Art order will be dyed, washed, packaged, and ready for shipment within 24 business hours of purchase confirmation. This applies only to items purchased during a Cosmic Drops.

Shipping Method: We ship via reliable carriers (FedEx/UPS). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

Final Sale on Wearable Art: Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our Cosmic Palettes and the meticulous, labor-intensive process, all sales of Wearable Art are final. Please consult our detailed sizing charts before purchase.

Exceptions (Damage/Error): If your item arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect size or design due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will facilitate a replacement or a full refund, provided the item is unworn and unwashed.

Refunds: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to post once the return has been approved and processed.
